The Sun and the Clouds

The sun seems radiant
It's bright and bold

Perhaps too bright
And it tells us how to think

Us clouds try to cover it

We must realize that the sun's rays

They are not the brightest
We can cover the rays
We ourselves,

Have a bright white color
We can affect the world

Our powers change the world

We use our rain to add beauty

To add flowers and keep the grass green

We use our lightning to rid the world

Of the trees that our dark and looming

And our winds, our winds can change so many things

The sun's powers, though great

Can sometimes be harmful

Though the sun was meant to shed light

But on some certain summers

The light can burn

Though it's not to bright
That us clouds can not conceal it

We must always use our winds
We can not allow the sun to shine through us

We must keep the light from being too bright
And the Sun from becoming too powerful
